Try to cut your shower time.
A typical 8 minute hot shower will use ~ 10,000 BTU’s of energy. If a person were to shower once a day and cut their shower time by 4 minutes, they would save over 1.8 million BTU’s per year. For perspective that’s the equivalent of 15+ gallons of gasoline. That’s a pretty significant for just 1 person!
